Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Your original documents live in encrypted, owner-scoped storage protected by row-level security, so only you (and people you explicitly share with) can ever see them. You can delete your account and all its data at any time.
How does verification actually work?
Certibee keeps each credential tied to its issuer and pulls in verifiable badges from Credly. When you share a profile, viewers see live status and can follow the credential back to its source — no PDFs to forge or misplace.
What happens when a credential is about to expire?
Certibee tracks the expiry date on every credential and emails you reminders weeks ahead of time, so a licence or ticket never lapses without warning. Team admins get the same alerts for their whole roster.
Can I share just one credential instead of everything?
Absolutely. Every share link is scoped — send one certificate to a hiring manager or your whole wallet to a registrar. You choose exactly what's visible and can revoke the link whenever you like.
